• Credit Card and PayPal Purchases: We can process refunds for purchases made with credit cards or PayPal to the source account. Please be aware that Martzar Hosting has no control over any additional charges that may be imposed by PayPal or credit card companies. Any such charges must be addressed directly to them.
• Domain Names: Per our Domain Registration Agreement, domain registrations and renewals are generally considered final. However, we understand that unique circumstances may arise. If you have a valid reason to request the cancellation of a newly registered domain name, please Contact Us within 24 hours after registration. Please note that cancellation and refund options may be limited due to restrictions imposed by the applicable domain registry or registry operating company. Refunds are not available for Premium Domains. Additionally, domain names cannot be changed or edited after registration, so please ensure correct spelling before confirming your purchase.
• Hosting Services: Martzar Hosting offers a 30-Day Refund Policy for new purchases of Stellar, Stellar Plus, and Stellar Business Hosting Packages. Renewals of hosting services may be refundable if you cancel your hosting package within 48 hours after renewal. In other cases, a prorated refund may be provided upon consideration.   Web, App, and Shopify Packages: These services are non-refundable. We are committed to providing reviews until you are satisfied with the final product. We encourage you to discuss your package directly with us through WhatsApp. If we are unable to fulfill your requirements, we will not accept the project and communicate this to you promptly.
